The famous singer from South Korea recently announced that he was diagnosed with coronavirus infection. His fans were very worried and many sent him encouraging messages wishing him luck and quick recovery. Hundreds of messages were asking if it was just an April Fool’s joke.
Note that many governments across the globe have already notified their citizens that there will be fines and penalties for such jokes. The singer later released a statement in which he said that he would never joke with such matters. He urged his fans to take care of their families and said that he is not most worried about his loved ones.
He said in his statement that he takes this issue very seriously and understands that he, his relatives, and friends are probably spreading the virus further. The official version is stating that the singer caught the disease during his tour in Japan.
